Background

Applied Business is a new company formed by the former employee of HomeRentalAds.com. While working with HomeRentalAds.com he realized that the market for commercial rental space is untapped and he could use a site similar to HomeRentalAds.com to tap that market.


Challenge

Create a site similar to HomeRentalAds.com but suited for commercial rental properties. Help Applied Business decide on all the hosting servers, necessary software and finally host this site on their own new managed server.

Solution

Based on the knowledge gained by working on HRA, create a new database suited for the commercial rental properties. Vexcom rebuilt the site interface for the commercial clientele. We also provided am easy way for OSO to manage SEO to help OSO's page rank and ultimately their web traffic.

Result

This site has been successfully launched. Although the site is still new it continues to build traffic and listings daily.
